Our Background
As one of the newest ventures in the Business For Good portfolio, the Nest Egg Fund represents a huge opportunity for low income families in the Capital Region.

Business For Good is the legacy of Capital Region philanthropists Ed and Lisa Mitzen, who combined the resources of a foundation and outside additional philanthropists to increase opportunity for Capital Region families.
Together, Business for Good and the Nest Egg Fund partner with our community to leverage business, policy and philanthropy to break down the biggest barriers to opportunity and co-create breakthrough solutions for those who need it most. As we listen with humility to our community, partners, and each other, we learn together to drive action
